Changing habits is the only path to health and wellbeing, according to the most widely known health coach in Latin America, after completely transforming her life and the lives of millions of others.   Health is much more than the absence of illness: it’s living with vitality, energy and zest, in a state of happiness that makes all your cells glow. Substituting habits is best done gradually, by incorporating small changes, so that your transformation happens naturally, without effort.   The formula for good health is 65% nutrition + 20% exercise + 15% sleep, which means taking care of all the physical, emotional and mental aspects to achieve a state of wellbeing and leave behind those extra pounds, illnesses and emotional disorders.
