Nicaragua towards the end of the 1980s. The Sandinista Revolution has won and needs to organize a country beleaguered by the havoc of the war, by the constant attacks from the «Opposition» supported by the United States, and by the decisions that high ranking Sandinistas are making. These decisions show a change in course from the ideals most fought for as they come from the few they won’t affect. Those who win revolutions are not those who run them.
