«Happiness is that pleasant and inspiring emotion that brings us joy, laughter, satisfaction and wellbeing, sometimes even relief. It is an emotion that we all experience and, of course, want our children to feel. Children experience it when playing, (re)connecting with friends, before a trip that excites them, when they get a good grade or receive a gift, but they can also feel it if a test that have not prepared for gets postponed, or if they finish a task they did not want to do.
