About the author

SPAIN – Sergio and Javier Torres (Barcelona, 1970) are chefs at their Michelin-starred Dos Cielos restaurant. Ever since they began cooking at eight years old with their grandmother Catalina, they haven’t stopped learning in some of the best kitchens around the world
